DISCOVER EVERY CRACK, DENT, AND DING…A basic foundation inspection misses many potential issues. Choose us for your warranty inspection, and we'll thoroughly examine your home's interior and exterior, including the foundation, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, ceilings, floors, and walls.

  • Septic Inspections

A sewer scope is a video inspection of the sewer line from the house to the city or septic system. This privately-owned pipeline connects your property to the main sewer line. It's crucial for identifying blockages, damage, or potential issues, preventing costly repairs and ensuring the integrity of your plumbing system. Regular inspections help maintain a healthy living environment.

  • Water Testing

Water testing involves analyzing the quality and safety of water in your home or on the property. Samples are collected and tested for contaminants such as bacteria, lead, nitrates, pesticides, and other harmful substances. This process ensures that the water meets health and safety standards, providing reassurance to homeowners and potential buyers. The results can reveal any issues that might require attention, such as the need for water treatment or maintenance.

  • Well Water Testing

Well Water testing is essential if your home relies on a well. Unlike municipal water, which undergoes testing and filtration to remove harmful substances, well water lacks this oversight. Ignoring regular testing can pose risks to your health and home. Whether you currently own a home with well water or are considering purchasing one, it's important to understand how to test well water to ensure its safety.

  • Manufactured Home/Engineer Inspections-Certifications

A Manufactured Home Engineer Certification is essential for realtors, loan officers, and underwriters, verifying compliance with HUD's Permanent Foundations Guide. Required for VA, HUD, FHA, and Conventional loans, it includes a report by a Professional Engineer. As a certified InterNACHI inspector and licensed Professional Inspector in Texas, I deliver a detailed home inspection report within 24-48 hours.

  • IAQ-Indoor Air Quality

Indoor air quality assessments are essential for a healthy indoor environment. They evaluate pollutants, allergens, humidity, and ventilation. Poor air quality can cause respiratory issues and discomfort. Regular assessments identify and mitigate pollution sources, ensuring a safer and more comfortable space, enhancing well-being and productivity.

  • Thermal Imaging

Thermal imaging inspections, or thermography, detect hidden temperature variations using infrared technology. They reveal electrical hotspots, moisture problems, HVAC inefficiencies, and insulation issues non-invasively. Early detection helps prevent costly repairs and safety risks, making these inspections essential for maintaining property integrity, conducting energy audits, and ensuring efficiency in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

  • Termite (WDI) Inspections

A WDI (Wood-Destroying Insect) termite inspection is crucial to protect your property from termites and other pests. It identifies signs of infestation like termite tunnels and damage to wood structures. Early detection allows for timely treatment, preventing costly repairs and preserving your home's integrity. Regular WDI inspections maintain a pest-free environment and safeguard your property's value.

  • Pool & Spa Inspections

Getting a pool and spa inspection is crucial for ensuring the safety, functionality, and compliance of these amenities. Inspections help identify potential hazards such as faulty electrical components, leakages, structural issues, and improper fencing or safety barriers. Detecting these issues early can prevent accidents, ensure proper water quality, and extend the lifespan of equipment. Moreover, a thorough inspection provides peace of mind for homeowners, ensuring that their pool and spa are enjoyable and meet regulatory standards.

  • Outdoor Kitchens-Outbuildings

Inspecting outdoor kitchens and outlying buildings is important to ensure they are safe, functional, and compliant with local regulations. These inspections help identify potential hazards such as electrical issues, gas leaks, structural weaknesses, and fire hazards. Proper inspection ensures that outdoor cooking and living spaces are enjoyable and secure for homeowners and guests. Additionally, inspections can reveal maintenance needs and opportunities for improvements to enhance the longevity and value of these outdoor amenities.

  • PHASE 1– Foundation Inspection OR Pre-Pour Inspection

The initial phase, known as the Phase 1 inspection, occurs after the removal of concrete forms and before the slab is poured. This timing allows the inspector to assess critical areas such as footings, foundation walls, surface preparation, vapor barrier, and concrete reinforcing bars (rebar). Please note that clients must notify us before the slab is poured to ensure timely inspection.

  • PHASE II– Pre-Drywall Inspection

Phase II of a pre-drywall inspection in new construction involves assessing the home's structural elements, systems, and installations before drywall is installed. This inspection ensures that electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, insulation, and framing are correctly installed according to building codes and plans. Identifying and correcting any issues at this stage can prevent costly rework later and ensures the quality and safety of the home before it is concealed by drywall.

  • Foundation Survey

When buying a pre-existing home, it is important to have as much information as possible for negotiating or planning repairs. We perform foundation surveys and are partnered with Noble Engineering to bring you value and a professional evaluation with repair assessment. We do not sell piers or repairs, so we provide a clean third party opinion with no strings attached.

This service is also valuable when purchasing a new home. When it  comes to new construction and warranties, it is important to have as much data on your foundation as possible. A starting point, when you buy the home, and every couple of years after. Getting ahead of foundation issues can save money, headaches and time!
